Please note that before we start any contract, our executive team meets with the property management team and goes over what you are looking for and asks for a site tour, which allows us to get a visual idea of what your site individually needs. Each site is unique and tends to have different needs and requests so we ask in-depth questions that will allow us to find the best fit for your community and team.
After our meeting we will draft a final proposal, which will give you our professional suggestions for running a smooth team at a comparable price. We are always open to suggestions and are here to find the best plan for you.
