- Maintain logbooks and collect ID’s for all vendors and contractors that receive keys

- Meet and greet residents and guests
- Ensuring the highest level of customer care and service
- Maintaining a clean and professional appearance at all times
- Answering calls and relaying messages to the correct individual
- Ensure tidiness of the common areas as well as the amenity spaces
- Notify residents when their guest arrives
- Receive, log and notify residents of their packages
- Facilitate service requests for residents
- Provide referrals and information for residents e.g. house cleaning, dry cleaning, pet services, local restaurants, directions
- Knowledgeable about site information and provide that to individuals who are inquiring about leasing
