In addition, our dedicated Executive team has combined experience of over 20 years in concierge services, property management, hotel management and operations. We are always available to provide support and assistance to our clients as needed. Danielle McManus is the owner and CEO of Apex Concierge Services Inc. Danielle specializes in property management and luxury concierge services as she has been in the industry for over 10 years. With a passion for excellence and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, she established her own concierge company dedicated to delivering the very best in personalized and professional services. With her knowledge and expertise in both the property management and the concierge industry she recognizes the unique needs and challenges of these industries and has a deep understanding of the process  and operations involved in running a successful luxury concierge company. She truly believes that behind every great success there is an enthusiastic team that is standing beside one another communicating, working hard, and dedicated to growth within themselves as well as their company.

Jamie McCaffrey

Managing Director/HR

Jamie is an accomplished hospitality professional and has over 10 years of experience in operations and human resource management under her belt. She is a skilled communicator and mentor with a great reputation for building high performing teams that consistently deliver results. Jamie works very hard to make sure her team always feels supported, challenged, and empowered. Jamie has come on board as a managing director and is passionate about creating a culture of positivity with an emphasis on clear communication and understanding. Jamie is always looking for opportunities to go above and beyond and she continue to exceed expectations with Apex Concierge Services.
